Hidden colorful courtyard in London

By on 20/05/2020

Most of the cities in Europe right now are under lockdown or travel restrictions. And London is not an exception. The city is closed to the outside world and its residents can only go to the parks for exercise and buy necessities. Hence, it must be really boring to stay in the room for the whole day and have the same routines.

To save you from boredom, I have a nice place for you to go if you are in central London ^^ It is accessible by walking or bike, so you can avoid public transportations. Okie, I don’t hold the place for long anymore. I am talking about Neal’s Yard in Covent Garden.

Neal’s Yard is a small alley in London’s Covent Garden between Shorts Gardens and Monmouth Street which opens into a courtyard. Normally, this place is bustling with businesses, noises, and visitors. You can find cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops inside this tiny territory.

For those who love pizza, you cannot miss HomeSlice – a very cozy and perfect place for any occasion.

At the time of writing, because of lockdown, so there are no shops open. I and my friend just took a walk to Neal’s Yard to enjoy its beauty in a peaceful atmosphere without many people and noise.

More importantly, Neal’s Yard is also a very “instagramic” spot for pictures.

Hence, if you live around, why don’t you pay Neal’s Yard a visit to have some colorful mood <3
